Top-ups never expire while you stay active
Credits you buy roll over for as long as a plan is active on your account. Paid credit is never confiscated — that is a rule of the platform, not a promotion.
Payments go through Stripe, and your card details stay with Stripe — never with us. A plan renews by itself only if you chose to keep a card when you paid, and the billing page shows whether it will and lets you turn that off.
