Why your AI announces itself
At the start of every call, your AI discloses that it is an AI. The exact wording follows the rules of your country, and recording behaviour follows its consent rules too.
This is on by default and stays on because the law in a growing number of jurisdictions requires it — and because a caller who finds out later they were talking to a machine stops trusting the business, not the machine.
