Keeping your number
Your number stays active as long as your plan is valid, exactly like a SIM. When a plan runs out there is a grace period first — renew during it and everything continues, number included.
Only after grace runs out is a number released. Recharging before expiry is always the cheapest way to keep everything as it is.
