How many calls at once
Each plan includes a number of simultaneous lines — calls your AI can hold at the same moment. The live monitor shows how many are in use right now, and the billing page shows your plan’s cap beside its minutes.
A caller over the cap cannot be connected; larger plans carry more lines.
